Joan Wiaduck: Joan is the owner and managing broker of Gaslight Realty. She is a lifelong resident of Riverside and has over 20 years of real estate sales experience. She formed Gaslight Realty in 2006 to provide a high touch local realty office specializing in personal attention and follow-up in all situations. She is active in many local organizations including Main Street Organization of Realtors, Riverside Chamber of Commerce, Riverside Garden Club, Riverside Junior Women's Charity, local church and school alumni organizations. Jane Birmingham: Jane is a life-long Riverside resident. She keeps busy with her 4 children, is an active member of St. Mary's parish, is a member of Riverside Junior Women's club, Riverside Garden Club, and the Riverside Dance Club. She likes to read, garden, scrapbook, and play scrabble in her spare time.

Ed Kunevich: Ed graduated from St. Rita H.S. and Loyola University in Chicago and has lived in Riverside since 1973. He was a executive with Sears Roebuck for 22 years and was involved with the Riverside Little League in several capacities. His hobbies are sports, reading and fishing.

Lisa Manganiello: Lisa has been a Riverside resident since 1980 and has raised two children here. She has been an active member of many Riverside youth organizations and continues to work with young children today. She enjoys scrap booking, crafts, reading, and bike riding.

Kathryn Marchetti: Katie and her husband moved to Riverside 6 years ago and have two young girls. She received her Broker's license in 2014 and enjoys helping families find homes that fit their needs. In addition to being a realtor, Katie owns Len Builders, a construction business that focuses on rehabbing homes within Riverside. Katie is active within St. Mary School, the the Riverside Lions Club and recently joined the Riverside Chamber of Commerce. |
